The State Prosecutor filed indictments Friday against two brothers from the Israeli Arab town of Umm al-Fahm on charges of joining the Islamic State and secretly stockpiling weapons in an attic of their home. They had made contact with ISIS in Syria, pledged an oath of allegiance to Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi and were preparing to join up with the jihadists fighting there. The two brothers were taken into custody last month by the Shin Bet. DEBKAfile reports that the three Israeli Arabs who murdered two Israeli policemen on Temple Mount on July 14 also came from Umm al-Fahm. Up until now, officials have not named the party which orchestrated that crime. .
