A judge in Russia said on Thursday that a Turkish terrorist organization provided the funding for the April 3 bombing of the St. Petersburg subway. She made the remark while reading the court's decision that Akram Azimov, the 10th person suspected belonging of the terror cell that planned and carried out the attack, should be remanded in custody.
