US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Qatar’s Foreign Mniister Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Al Thani Tuesday announced to reporters in Doha that they had reached an agreement to help combat terrorism financing. Tillerson has been pushing for dialogue to resolve the dispute between Qatar and four Arab nations which have boycotted Qatar over this issue. "Today, Qatar is the first country to sign a memorandum of agreement with the US, and we call on the countries imposing the siege against Qatar to join us as signatories," Sheikh Mohammed said. Awaited now is the response of the Saudi-led group to the Tilerson initiative.
