First report: A car plowed Thursday into ten people on sidewalk on New York's Times Square on the corner of 43rd Street and Broadway. Ten people are being treated for injuries, as police try to figure out if this was a terrorist or criminal attack on an accident. Times Square is shut down and the sidewalks are roped off. One person is in custody and police are examining the car.
